ALUMNI CHAPTER INFORMATION

The Alpha Epsilon Alumni Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi, Inc.

The Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi, Inc. (Alumni Chapter) of Gainesville, Florida, is a Florida 501 (c) (7) not-for-profit corporation. The primary duty of the Alumni Chapter is to provide administrative guidance and stewardship of the active chapter.

The Alumni Chapter is managed by a Board of Trustees which is elected each year during the corporation’s Annual Meeting which is held in February. This group of committed alumni, is comprised of successful business men who are dedicated to the success of our organization. As a Board, we understand the ideals of fraternalism, but also understand that the operation and management of the fraternity must be handled using the same guidelines and disciplines which are so critical to any successful business. For this reason, we have semi-annual meetings with the Executive Team of the Active Chapter during which time we review:  Succession Planning, Property Management, Alumni Relations, Business Management, Mentorship, Risk Management as well as the overall performance of the chapter itself.
